If somebody is flashing you and you want to make him/her pay, dial "**21*171 number of the flasher# and send. from then on if the person flashes you again his/her money will be deducted. To cancel, dial ##21# send. remember for some phones ##21# send means to bar all incoming calls. Don't use these code if you don't know what you are doing.
